Developers such as Amrapali, Gaursons designers and Supertech have implemented the stone and leap type technological innovation. In fact they have set up their own stone manufacturer at Greater Noida. Precast technological innovation helps to make specialised stone tangible elements like roof pieces, supports, content, wall sections etc. These elements are produced or caste in industries and constructed at the development sites with the help of framework cranes.
"Precast development technological innovation is definitely more cost-effective. As such, it is an important advancement in terms of creating budget property available within reasonable timeframes. Precast is being progressively used by designers because it allows work in a managed atmosphere, thereby cutting down development price by 10 to 15 % along with minimal pilferage. "Both the tasks in total will create 30,000 flats and we have set a due date of three decades for their finalization," features Mukul. Fliers and business cards would have expanded the work deadlines to five to six decades. Although these development technological innovations are recognized to be the saviours for the property industry, there are certain restrictions within them. According to experts and professionals, a significant disadvantage of stone development methods is 'Alu-Forming', which means no variations will be possible after the development.
"It is correct to say that creating variations on the stone framework is challenging but the specialised developing is such that even if it ends one area it reveals another for any kind of changes," says RK Arora of Supertech.
Mukul of Amrapali, though warns by directing out that the financial aspects of such technological innovation is entirely depending or cantered on amounts or repeating of common models. "Mass-housing tasks can make such technological innovation cost-effective practical."
